Alternance Commodity Analyst Assistant H/F - 93

Your mission :

You will join the Market Research team to work closely with the analysts on various commodity markets.

As a Commodity Analyst you will contribute to the analysis in one or more markets covered by the Research team (Sugar, Ethanol, Grains, Energy or Starch and Sweeteners). You will work daily with other analysts and traders to monitor the market developments and build necessary analytics tools.

You will focus on developing new models and communicating the Supply and Demand analysis to a wide internal audience. You will bring confidence in data accuracy and models robustness to various stakeholders.

Day to day :

- Develop data, tools, models and processes for market analysis from various sources
- Manage Supply & Demand balances and models. Extract market prices trend changes & relative values
- Communicate to trading and sales team actionable insights
- Collaborate and support other analysts, traders and other colleagues in the commercial department
- Extract and structure data to obtain relevant information for analytical purposes
- Provide ideas for new data sources, technology and innovation to strengthen. analysis within the Market Intelligence Research team
